1 Introduction

Welcome to 9kup. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 9kup ("Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 9kup website located at 9kup.lat and any associated mobile application, software, or services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, you warrant and represent that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. 9kup reserves the right to request supporting documentation (such as a Malaysian IC, passport, or equivalent identification) at any time to verify your eligibility.

3 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming features on the 9kup Platform, you are required to create a user account. The following rules apply to account registration and management:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the 9kup Platform. Duplicate accounts will be flagged, merged, or closed at 9kup's sole discretion, and any winnings accumulated through duplicate accounts may be forfeited.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or one-time PIN with any third party. 9kup will not be held liable for any unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• KYC Verification: 9kup operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards. You may be required to submit identity documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time determined by our compliance team.
• Account Closure: You may request to close your 9kup account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method.

4 Deposits & Payments

9kup supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods to make depositing funds as straightforward as possible. Accepted deposit channels include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank online transfer, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank internet banking. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

The following conditions apply to all deposit transactions:

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will trigger an immediate account review.
• 9kup does not charge any processing fee on standard deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 9kup account instantly or within a few minutes. If your deposit does not reflect within 30 minutes, please contact our support team with your transaction reference number.
• 9kup reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably believes to be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these Terms.

5 Withdrawals

9kup is committed to processing all withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. The following terms apply to all withdrawal transactions:

• Verification Requirement: Before your first withdrawal is processed, your account must have completed the full KYC verification process, including submission of a valid government-issued ID (Malaysian IC or passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Wagering Clearance: Any funds derived from bonuses must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they are eligible for withdrawal. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before clearing requirements will result in the forfeiture of the bonus amount.
• Withdrawal Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and comply with our AML obligations.

All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are published on the relevant promotion page. The general bonus terms below apply unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they can be converted into withdrawable cash. The specific multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated on each offer page.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally towards meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games such as Teen Patti, Sic Bo, and live dealer games may contribute a lower percentage. • Expiry: All bonus offers and any associated free spins have an expiry date. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the specified timeframe will result in the bonus and any associated winnings being removed from your account.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise by a specific promotion.
• Abuse Prevention: 9kup actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms. We reserve the right to void bonuses and related winnings if abuse is detected.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games offered on the 9kup Platform — including slots, live dealer games, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, sports betting, and lottery — are governed by individual game rules that are accessible within each game interface or game information page.

9kup's gaming outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, independently audited to ensure genuine randomness and fairness. Live dealer games are hosted by licensed studio providers and are subject to their own operational standards and testing certifications.

• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, 9kup's decision on the outcome shall be final and binding, subject to review where applicable.
• Bets that have been accepted and confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended after the relevant event or game round has commenced.
• Where a game result is deemed void due to technical reasons, all stakes will be returned to the player's account.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users of the 9kup Platform are expected to conduct themselves lawfully and in good faith at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent banning, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account to circumvent deposit, withdrawal, or bonus restrictions.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without written authorisation from 9kup.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, chip dumping, or coordinated wagering strategies designed to defraud the Platform or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the Platform. Users who discover such issues are required to report them to 9kup support immediately.
• Attempting to launder funds or using the Platform for any financial crime, including money laundering, terrorist financing, or tax evasion.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or support interaction.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or conducting chargebacks in bad faith after receiving gaming services.

9kup co-operates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities. Where we have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal activity, we will report the matter to the relevant authorities and may freeze account funds pending investigation.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9kup and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect, arising from your reliance on the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, force majeure events, or regulatory action.
• Any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game providers, or network operators that affect your gaming experience or financial transactions.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, 9kup's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your 9kup account at the time the claim arose.

13 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which 9kup holds its operating licence.

Any dispute arising between you and 9kup that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Notwithstanding the above, 9kup reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

14 Amendments to These Terms

9kup reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised whenever changes are published. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.

Your continued use of the 9kup Platform after any amendment has been published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 3.
