From a small team with a big vision to one of Malaysia's most recognised online casino and sportsbook destinations — 9kup has grown alongside its community, putting local players first every step of the way.
9kup was founded in 2017 by a group of Malaysian gaming enthusiasts who felt that local players deserved better — a platform that truly understood the market, spoke the language, and offered games that Malaysians actually love. The name itself is a nod to the spirit of levelling up, a "9kup" being your ticket to the next level.
Back then, the online gaming scene in Malaysia was fragmented — players had to juggle multiple platforms for sports betting, slots, and live casino games, often dealing with slow withdrawals and zero local payment support. 9kup set out to fix all of that under one roof.
We started small, with a focused catalogue of slots and a live sportsbook covering the Malaysia Super League and English Premier League. Word spread quickly, especially among football fans in Kuala Lumpur and Petaling Jaya who appreciated our sharp odds and fast payouts in Malaysian Ringgit. Within two years, 9kup had grown into a full-service gaming platform trusted by players from Penang all the way down to Johor Bahru.
Today, 9kup offers over 1,200 games spanning slots, live dealer tables, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, sportsbook, and lottery-style games — all accessible from your phone or desktop, with local payment methods like Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, FPX, and all major Malaysian banks fully supported.
We remain independently operated, guided by a clear set of values: fairness, transparency, speed, and a genuine commitment to responsible gaming. Every feature we build, every game we add, and every promotion we run is designed with the Malaysian player in mind.
Responsible Gaming Commitment: Since day one, 9kup has maintained a strict 21+ age policy and offers self-exclusion tools, deposit limits, and reality-check features to keep gaming fun and safe for all members.
From payments to game variety to player protection — here is what sets 9kup apart from the rest of the market.
9kup operates under an international gaming licence, with SSL encryption, two-factor authentication, and regular third-party audits ensuring every game outcome is provably fair. Your money and personal data are protected at every step.
Deposit and withdraw in Malaysian Ringgit using Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. Most withdrawals are processed within minutes — no waiting around for days.

9kup's platform is fully optimised for mobile browsers — no app download required. Whether you are on the LRT commute through Bangsar or catching a game from Penang, the experience is smooth and responsive on any device.

9kup is not just a gaming platform — it is a commitment to doing right by every player. These four core values shape every decision we make, from the games we select to the way we handle your withdrawals.
All games on 9kup use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) verified by independent auditors. We publish our return-to-player (RTP) rates transparently so you always know the odds before you play.
We enforce a strict 21+ age restriction across all games and provide self-exclusion options, deposit limits, session time reminders, and links to responsible gaming resources. Fun should always stay fun — we are serious about that.
Your balance, transaction history, and bonus terms are always visible in your account dashboard. No hidden fees, no surprise deductions — what you see is what you get when you play at 9kup.
We understand the local culture, the games Malaysians love, and the payment methods they trust. 9kup is built by people who care about the Malaysian gaming community — not a generic offshore product retrofitted for the local market.
Our support team is fluent in the languages most spoken by Malaysian players. Help is always just a chat away.
Over 500,000 Malaysian players have already made 9kup their home for slots, sports betting, live casino, Teen Patti, Sic Bo, and more. Fast local payments, fair games, and 24/7 support — it all starts with a single account.
